New Franchisee Training

(80 Hours)


Welcome to the Tropical Family!!!


The goal during your 80 hours of training is to train you on how to operate and manage your franchise according to TSC Corporate Standards. 

Be prepared; During this training period, you will ACTUALLY WORK!!!

You will learn all the stations, becoming as proficient as possible on each station,

and while also learning how to manage and maintain your cafe to The Brand Standard.

The cost of training is $1,500 for the first person and $750 for each additional person.

The initial payment of $1,500 will be made when you secure your training start date.

Payment for additional trainees is due upon arrival on the first day.

You will accumulate 80 hours of training.

We can create a custom training schedule for you as needed.

However, the typical training schedule for new owners of Tropical Smoothie Cafe is as follows:


WEEK 1


Day 1: Monday: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm ( 8 hours)

Overview/Complete detailed walk-thru of Cafe 

Introduction to the 4 Primary Stations

Introduction to Prep

Get familiar with the team/trainers 

Begin training on Food Make
